Packages and pricing

Booking a wedding photographer is an investment. How often do you get to have all your favourite people in one place?! The images from the day will last forever in your albums, wall prints and in the hands of your loved ones too.

As a documentary wedding photographer, I aim to create natural memories that will last a lifetime and beyond. In trusting me to capture your wedding photos, you also get someone with 5 years’ experience in the wedding industry. Someone who knows how to pin a buttonhole, who knows how to lace up a dress, who can be a taxi driver (or even a wedding car driver!) at no notice. Someone who will be there to document the quiet moments of preparation and the chaotic tequila shots in the evening.

All packages include a pre-wedding consultation, fully edited high-resolution images, a customised online gallery with unlimited downloads and sharing rights, 10-15 preview photos 48 hours after your wedding and helpful tips and hints via DM along the way.

I also offer micro wedding packages for smaller, more intimate weddings requiring shorter coverage, with package times starting from 1.5 hours.

Two photographers

£2000

Designed to cover all of your wedding day, this 9-hour full day package covers your morning preparations all the way through to the evening celebrations. This package is designed to capture everything - from preparation to ceremony, group shots, couple portraits, candids of your guests enjoying themselves, speeches and first dance (if you’re having those things) and the evening reception. One photographer

£1600

Designed to cover all of your wedding day, this 9-hour full day package covers your morning preparations all the way through to the evening celebrations. This package is designed to capture everything - from preparation to ceremony, group shots, couple portraits, candids of your guests enjoying themselves, speeches and first dance (if you’re having those things) and the evening reception.

Preparation, ceremony and a bit more - 6 hours

£1400

This package starts with your preparation before the ceremony, covers your travel and arrival to the ceremony location, the ceremony itself, group photos and couple photos, as well as some documentary-style coverage of your wedding reception. You can book me for any 6 consecutive hours of your choosing, so if you want to you can shift the coverage to start at the ceremony and cover a bit more of the reception.

You’ll get an edited sneak peek of 10-15 photos within 48 hours of your ceremony and your fully edited gallery within 12 weeks.

Micro wedding coverage: 1.5 hours

£350

This package of 1 and a half consecutive hours is perfect for couples who just want coverage of the ceremony, some group photos and couples portraits after the ceremony.

This package is customisable, too - if you wanted a little bit of your reception or a small amount of preparation covered as well, additional hours can be added for £250.

Add-ons

A second photographer

£400

Request a second photographer to provide extra coverage on your day. An extra photographer will enable you to get more candid shots of your guests, two different angles on the ceremony, two sets of perspectives of the wedding day and getting ready photos from both parts of the wedding party.

Pre-wed or engagement photoshoot

£250

Request an engagement or pre-wed shoot in advance of your wedding day. You can also book me for a post-wedding photoshoot if you would like to get some more photos after your day.

Albums and prints

I offer a range of albums and prints. These will be available for you to buy in the print store section of your online photo gallery.

Analogue Film photography

I offer hybrid shooting - where I shoot some photos on film as well as providing you with digital photos. This is priced at £40/roll, which covers the cost of the film and the dev/scan. If you’d like to add this on then chat to me about how many rolls of film you’d like.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Head over to my contact page and send me the lowdown on your wedding plans. Then we’ll have a zoom chat or meet in person to chat about your plans and get to know each other better.

I ask for a 25% deposit and a signed contract to lock in your date.

  • In a full day I tend to take around 5000 photos. Not all of these are keepers, though - that number includes lighting test shots and photos where someone is blinking. Part of my job after the wedding is to look through all of them and select which ones to edit. From a full day I usually deliver at least 600 fully edited photos, but I have delivered up to 1200 on occasion. It depends on what happens on the day!

  • Having two photographers is great if you want to maximise the number of candid photos of your guests having fun, because they are free to take candid photos while I am doing other parts of the job, like taking group photos or couple portraits. Second shooters also give you two angles on your ceremony and the opportunity to get morning preparation photos from both of you.

I have a network of second shooters that I work with so if you would like to add a second photographer to your package, just let me know and I’ll get it all sorted.

  • Sorting through and editing a full set of wedding photos is no small job, especially during the busy summer season. I hand edit each photo with my own custom edit so getting the full gallery back will take up to 8 weeks, although it can be quicker during quieter times of year.

I’ll also get you a sneaky preview of your photos within a couple of days of the wedding so you can share them on your socials!

  • I love a good adventure so no wedding is too far away!

I’m mostly based in Bristol but I work a lot in London too. Travel is included within England and Wales, anything outside of that may have a small travel fee, depending on the location.

So, short answer, yes! I will definitely travel to your wedding.

  • Yep, I have public liability and indemnity insurance. If your venue asks to see it then send them my way and I’ll forward them the details.
